IB ACIO II Exam Real Strategy by Topper

Hello friends, This website (www.IBexamGuide.com) is dedicated to Intelligence Bureau Exam Guidance like ACIO Grade 2 and IB Assistant. We asked our previous year's topper about her strategy for ACIO 2025 exam strategy. This is her unedited and unfiltered response we received on WhatsApp.....

My strategy for the tier 1 of IB ACIO II -

I was an aspirant for SSC so the syllabus was exactly the same.

My preparation was 80% based on previous year question papers. I gave regular mocks on testbook app and did a complete analysis of my attempts.

For current affairs- I watched Parcham classes on you tube and read the newspaper.

For general studies- I followed Parmar SSC on you tube and also bought the paid batch. Previous year books were of big help.

For numerical aptitude, reasoning and English - I followed you tube and brought pyq books and solved them regularly. 

I focussed mainly on general studies and quantitative aptitude and gave it 3-4 hrs everyday.

I solved quizzes on telegram (Parmar SSC for gk)

My strategy for the tier 2 of IB ACIO II -  

I searched topics for internal security and made my notes regarding each topic from Google.

I included many current events with those topics.

I read PDFs of government organizations and referenced many surveys to prove my writing.

I also included many quotes from renowned personalities.

I wrote probably 12-15 topics and learnt them by heart as I was sure that it will come from these topics only.

I did my preparation for English comprehension from english comprehension which I previously owned.

My strategy for the IB ACIO II Interview -

I joined online live interview guidance course at Career Quest institute. I attended classes taken by Sanjeev Kabeer sir. Classes and Mock Interviews both helped me a lot. I gained clarity and confidence for IB interview.
